Temperate and tropical rainforests are found in contitnents all around the world but they only cover two percent of the Earth's surface. This may not seem like much but they still harbor fifty percent of the world's plants and animals! Many of the species of plants and animals have yet to be classified by science. The rainforests also play a vital role in providing the world with oxygen, water, medicine, and resources. Despite all of these facts the rainforest is still being destroyed everyday, but there are things we can do to help so now is your chance to explore the rainforest and all it has to offer!
